Only get erections when sleeping on the left side

    I have experienced some, very weak erections during my sleep or when i wake up but they only happen when I sleep on the left side not when I sleep on my back or on the right side.

    Do normal guys get them in any positions?

    When I first started exiting the flatline the erections were only occurring when I would lay on my side. As I've gradually been healing more and more I am able to get erections while on my back or standing up.
