Parental controls or porn blocker? Which one is best for android and windows 10?

Hey everyone. It's been years since I've been on NoFap. As of now, I really need some help with my porn addiction which I've been struggling with for a very very long time. I want ask your opinion. My brother is about to help me with my problem, and he needs a software to set it up for my phone and laptop. Any suggestions? Which software do you use? Any advice would help. Thanks.
