    I really would like to use this community to overcome what is really an addiction. I never took any drug apart from a few joints in my youth but this heights I do know. And can't do without...up to now....

    Congrats on taking the first step!
    This site is full of people who are here to support you and help you turn your life around. You're absolutely correct, this is a serious addiction. But with the right approach and commitment it is one that can be overcome. And I am sure that doing so will have a noticeable positive impact on your life.
