Penial Trauma

It may only help me to ease my mind but I'll go for it.

About a month ago (~13.5.22), after binge session that lasted about an hour and a half, I saw that my penis had a lot of red capillaries, it was a benting left more than usual and had 2 lumps and of course it hurt.

I went to an urologist a week later and he said its just an edemas and its due to the friction (although I used lubes).

I relapsed again a couple of times later and it didn't get any worse but after I'm done the penis contracting while loose and the veins are more notable.
+The skin is very dry but it might be because I'm taking Accutane.

18.7: No major changes. The skin is still dry and there are stretched spots (looks like Hematoma).

22.7: When flaccid my penis skin is darker then usual. Seems it got thinner cause my veins are more visible. Also has pain on and off.

27.7: indentation got around the circumcision ring (about the middle). it goes around half of penis. Went to emergency room. I was told its not critical but I'll update.

It seems like every masturbation is making it worse but I didn't found any proof of that online nor my doctors.
So I just thought to ask here if anyone had the same issue and can tell me about his diagnosis.

 

UPDATE! (finally)
TLDR: all good.
The urologist (Dr.) told me I shouldn't be worried.
although the bent probably won't go away, the structure is fine and the bent is acceptable (sex isn't at risk).
I was quite anxious about Pyronine's. lesson: NEVER GOOGLE YOUR SYMPTOMS !!!
The indentations are probably due to dryness caused by Accutane and reaction to friction but it isn't harmful. Just looks bad.
Despite all that, the penis still look quite bruised and there are pains from time to time. Will give a shot to Avene Cicalfate cream to see if it helps.
Ultrasound scan is proper without evidence of disease/injury.
I'll keep update here if needed. wish you all luck!

23.10.22: the urologist told me to not put any cream\medial paste on my penis because the skin needs to heal. Got Ciprofloxacin and Azithromycin to eliminate prostate inflammation.

 

Hey man sorry to read that.
I've read that less than 30 degrees curve shouldn't be a problem. It's best if you go see professional urologist.

 

Have you guys went to see a professional?

 

Update:
I've relapsed today and got new indentation on the top right of a penis near some major vein. This time i asked chatGPT what can cause it and it might be because I used Vaseline as lube which can cause some skin irritation response such as bumps and indentation.
I will stop using it from now on and generally willing to make my first ever 90 days streak so I'll keep you posted if my skin got better.
