Penis gets dry and chaffed after 2month of nofap

Hey guys, I successfully abstained from fapping for 2 month but something unusual is happening to me now, from the last week's the head of my penis gets dry and I when get erected , I could see my the head of penis skin peeling off and it's dry, not only this but am having dealing with smegma also. I have been using cocoa butter lotion, well after using it ,it disappears but comes back after stopping it. I also think it's not good idea to use this lotion that's why I stopped using it.
I honestly never had this before doing nofap and bear In mind I used to Masturbate dry with no lub. Because I totally had no idea that dry Masturbation could cause any serious effect.

So Guys is it okay if I use vaseline petroleum jelly or vaseline healing or should I get aloe Vera natural to get rid of this dry penis.
