    Hello everyone
    We are all here to improve our lives and stop being a slave
    We all know that porn is bad and makes us a slave but some of us never think that there is more addictions we have and we don’t know about it like mobile phone addiction
    So i searched on youtube and found a video that was really helpful to me and now i am addictive

    Great video. I'm "wifi" only on my phone so it wasn't quite so bad for me. Honestly, I have this problem with the desktop computer. Many of the same issues are still there at the desk, albeit less so. I did turn off all notifications on another forum and I do believe it can help. What I believe I can do for NoFap is set a specific day and time frame for visiting here. I can see how my NoFap forum usage can mirror the addictive process.

    I think 90 days of nofap should be 90 days of nofap+no phone+no everything u are addicted to if u stop all your addictions for 90 days you will find best version of your self
