    I need stories or sort of experiences from someone who has a long-term streak here and progressing with physical changes ( hair, eyes, colour, body ... ). That really interests me. Please share your story here !

    once i had a long streak for 5 months,and having compared that time,and now that i relapsed but rebooting,trust me its amazing shift,everything changes,keep strong

    first the eyes become more alive,as in tends to shine and lively
    will to exercise thus bulging muscles
    smoother skin
    no eye floaters
    clear and calm mind under external pressure
    attract real friends,who have goals to pursue
    hair thinning stops
    overall you own the life

    My jaw shape completely changed. It actually got more angular.

    My eyes look more ALIVE. Some people have actually asked me if I was high on something even though I've never done a drug in my life.

    I got more hair on my chest and the beard grows faster, which is a sign of High T.

    I can tell you what happens when you do it non-stop. Your eyes are like a light which had been turned off a decade ago, you pay less attention to your looks, due to the only passion is porn. The skin gets grey, or you appear unkempt. It sparks you to be passive
