PIED and how long will it take to cure

I'm 28 and really want to stop this.

I can hardly stay hard to put a condom on, let alone sex.
The issue is, I'm a single guy in lockdown and I was one an amazing streak before lockdown.
Unfortunately the last year has left me lonely, unmotivated and depressed and I've fallen back into porn.

I feel like the worst if back, my PIED is back and Im worried I won't be able to cure it this time.

Any got any experience with this?
