What the hell is this guy talking about, you might be thinking. Well, let me explain. By planting the seed, I'm describing quitting PMO. That's the first step. The decision you make to stop PMO. That's the first step. Next step is watering it. That means, after quitting PMO, not returning to it but instead improving yourself and dismiss relapse thoughts and avoiding everything that leads to relapse. When man plants a seed, it don't grow in one day. It takes time and patience for it to become a beautiful flower emitting beautiful fragrance. This is the stage where you have to water the plant so that you can grow beautifully. Neglecting the plant will result in it becoming bad and bad and eventually dieing aka relapsing. The third step is growth into a full flower. That is when you really notice change and have forgotten PMO. It don't affect you anymore. Triggers don't exist anymore at this stage. At this stage, your brain has healed and rewired and forgotten PMO.
