    when I watch some bikini pics on facebook it gives me same kick as used to get while watching porn but I am somewhat able to control it because intensity is lower than actual p subs. Then there are raunchy videos on MTV or VH1 channel are also cause some disturbance in body. something happens and I don't know scientific way to describe it. Third would be my imagination itself, some sexual thoughts invade mind when I am not aware enough.Lastly there are page three pics in news paper which also make changes in breathing pattern. Is it okay to look at girls looking good while walking on street during reboot?Some memories are also sexual kind so when remembered they make me restless. So any fapstronaut can explain me how to deal with this? Please because above mentioned things are inevitable in this digital world so how to avoid this stuff? Any answers? It would really help I guess. Thank you.

    Raunchy videos on MTV or VH1 channel and bikini pics on facebook are p/subs for you and topless women in the newspaper is soft porn. Sexual thoughts and images would be fantasising. When you see attractive women during the day, it is best to use the 3-second rule. (1) Notice, (2) appreciate (3) move on. If you go beyond 3 seconds you would be fantasising, basically objectifying them. You can also end up fantasising about sexual memories, which is not conducive to your reboot. In addition to the 3-second rule for people you see, it helps to have subjects and thoughts and images you can place in your mind to displace the sexual stuff. This is something you will become better at with practice. I hope this helps.

  3. I think you just have to stay cool with it, ignore it as best that you can and if you do see digital shit that you don't want to see immediately replace it with other stuff. Same for thoughts, replace them too. It does get easier. At the moment i see very little sexualisation, i try and keep away from it as much as i can. Sure it's still there and know where to find it but my mind is on other things so have no time for it. plus all you are doing is lengthening the time for your mind to rewire.
