    Hey I am 17 years old and I do musterbat like age of 13.now I decided to quit PMO .I tried this from 6 months but I can't .yesterday again I release. But now I motivate myself to not to do musterbation.
    I realise that my eye vision is going to blury, my mind of thought are decrease.


    Please help me

    sayan1, it’s good that you’re here, but as far as help, you may need more. Is there an adult you trust, parent, friend’s parent, teacher coach, minister or doctor, etc., you can talk to? You’ll get support here, but if you’re in serious difficulty, you might need to seek contact in your surroundings.
