Please Read Whole Thread..

I am 17 year old boy. I was introduced to masturbation 7 years ago. I think I got into this bad habit at very young age. I experienced it, like every other guy got addicted to it and doing it everyday. I remember I had Clear, Smooth skin and thick Hair before I got into this. I used to do it everyday(only once) and was never able to stop. When I turned 14 I started realising that My skin has gotten too much bad(acne,wrinkles,oiliness,pigmentation,uneven). But My hair remained thick(no problem). Last year I came to know about Nofap- and reason of NoFap was because I wanted to improve my skin,hair(now started thinning),lost morning wood,ejaculation under 10 seconds...I wanted to improve in my life. So I started NoFap Last Year and Lasted only 2 days. Once I gone on 30 day streak and I havent felt better since(full energy,confidence,hard ercetions)but due to some reasons I had argument with my crush and ended up in depression. But after I have recovered from depression(at this time I again started fapping). At start of 2020 I started NoFap again But this time urges were too strong That I have not been able to cross even 7 days. But I know that I have been getting great benifits even in 1 week NoFap. I have stopped my acne,pigmentation but Hair is thinning day by day-temple areas mostly(no one in family is bald). Its been like 6 months now I am not able to go beyond 1 Week of NoFap. What I have noticed that some times I experience benifits of NoFap and I get urges and I relapsed. But sometimes I dont feel any benifit and dont get urges..Even No Erections in morning..Everything gone..then I relapse Thinking that Its not even working anymore. This time I am over 2 weeks streak..But same thing is happening- I am not feeling even a single benifit now..I dont even know reason..I am ready to do hardcore nofap .but Plz Someone tell me reason why Im not feeling benifits now like earlier I felt so energetic Erections everything..I want that..I wanna be more physically attractive..i want my smooth skin back...I want my hick hair Back..U must have read My Text And realized I am too much panic and tension about these things..But thats not true..Im cool minded But i want to become as I was earlier..If you can help me Then Plz Plz..Thank U So much dude..Love U If u can help my prblm...I am not feeling benifits of NoFap..Can it be reason that I have relapsed So many time that N.oFap doesnt work anymore
