Is M harmful if done without P??? I'm very confused. Is M's addiction bad??? After M I always feel guilty and terrified. .. But I can't Control doing M ....what should I do?
It depends, is M an addiction for you? You just said its an addiction, so it is bad for you. You can control your M addiction brother, it is hard, I've been here 5 months and now I'm only 6 days sober, but you can do it. If you want someone to talk to you can always message me.
