Pmo and PTSD

    Hi,

    I was curious how common having PTSD and PMO issues if anyone else has both and feel the PTSD contributed to the other addictions?

    I’ve not been diagnosed with PTSD. I feel that I have used PMO to cope with a rough childhood. I’ve also used it as a way of what I call escape.

    My
    My PTSD came from a rough childhood as well, abuse, foster care etc. I used alcohol, drugs, porn, pretty much anything to avoid dealing with it or just feel normal.
