Pmo dreams

ive been having these frequently lately. It’s usually pretty vivid. I literally dream of myself going thru videos and relapsing. It seems so real. When I wake up it’s a great relief. However these have eneded up in wet dreams a few times now. It’s taken me off track before.

What is the psychological meaning behind this. I’d also be open to hearing a spiritual perspective on this.

My subconscious mind must be so programmed to this vice.
