    Today I was angry. I was mad. Because of NoFap I really messed up a chance with a girl. I couldn't read her signs that she was interested. I didn't make a move because I was scared that it would be awkward since we were co-workers.

    Well, she went back with her ex and that just really broke my heart. I should of known. I should of took action. But guess what, PMO will make you a beta, passive, clueless, person.

    Porn has ruined my life, and my relationships, and my potential partners for years. I refuse to fall into this addiction. I Refuse! I was just so freaking mad today!

    Honestly you might have dodged a bullet. Getting involved with co-workers has plenty of risks and a lot of guys just don't do it at all out of principle. Especially since #metoo and all.

    On everything else you said though, you are spot on. My 20s and 30s are a long sad story of missing signs and opportunities one after the next due to PMO.
