PMO Getting out of hand

    Hello everyone, I am a college student about to finish my first year of college. I have tried NoFap before but never stuck to it. The longest I have ever gone is 4 weeks without masturbation and 3 months without porn. I was doing great for a while but then I fell off the wagon and am looking to kick this for good. I don't want to ruin my intimacy with women, and I can tell that it is going down this path.
