Over my time addicted to porn I ran an experiment to determine if my porn use was linked to ED. I had a girlfriend at the time and we had regular sex, but during this time, I also was addicted to porn. For 2 weeks, I didn't watch porn, and had sex. The sex was really good, and I had no problem getting hard, and, I noticed that it was much easier for me to have sex for longer periods of time. The next week, I decided I would watch porn since I hadn't for a while, and it would make no impact on my sex life right? WRONG. The same night I watched porn ( a few hours later), I tried to have sex. It was significantly more difficult for me to get aroused, and even after I did, I came much quicker. The next week, I abstained again, to test the same experiment, and the same thing happened. I tested this over the course of 2 months, and got the same results, leading me to believe that ED is directly linked to porn use. For reference, I am 29 years old (27 at the time of experiment). I no longer watch porn, but I thought it would be useful to post this here.
