Day 5 standing, neither difficult nor easy, "controlled" urges. Now Zzzz Zzzz Zzzz

Day 4 reached. It wasn't better than yesterday, some low but temporal moods , but is done

Day 3, focused, happy. It was better than the previous one but I shouldn't let my guard down, now I'm going to sleep

day 2, I started it with low energy and finished it happy and revitalized

My mood is not that good today, but I let myself be carried away by the inertia of the will

I had a nocturnal emission last night I feel great about it and havn't lost strength, I think I needed it I'm still standing on day 31

Yesterday I slipped up with p again but without mo, I'm trying to get control back

Day 17, fighting very hard today

I reset the P part, not the MO part, but I still feel fantastic today, energy and vitality to the fullest

Day 14, I had 3rotic dreams last night, it is my fault for what I did the day before, I will be more responsible today

Day 13, I made a slip watching some P, but without M, I don’t feel any losses in my progress but I know that those things shouldn’t happen

Day 10, experiencing once more highs and lows with my mood and urges, but it's not new to me, it does feel good to feel energized at least
