You gotta exercise, eat healthy, sleep healthy, think healthy, study, pray to ALLAH ( I am a Muslim though, also applies to non-muslims too with their own beliefs) and most importantly trust Him because sometimes you will ask yourself why I am doing this and a little voice in your head says Trust Him. I am on day 15, my longest streak ever since July and I have been feeling quite lethargic, unmotivated, sleepy, sorta dumb and frustratingly non-energetic. I felt quite depressed but still said NO to PMO, hit the song "Phenomenal" by Eminem and jumped around a bit, did a little run. My friend came into my room and asked "Is everything alright?", I said "Yeah, just feeling a rush of adrenaline". You know what after a while I felt that boost of energy again.
Pray, it helps a lot before you guys ask me why I wrote that when I just exercised a bit. Many people already know this thing, I just wanted to share my own perspective. I have yet to see the benefits of NoFap as many people including me are skeptical but in these 15 days I feel a lot better, just not functioning on my full potential. So a little exercise showed that I need to exercise as well.
I just wanted a ask that will exercising like biking, some push-ups etc won't be too much for my liver to handle?
Because I suffered from Hepatitis A this summer and its been two and a half months since I recovered, thanks in advance for the answers.

I think you should go see your doctor about that. Other than that it's good to see you on train. Good luck on your journey.
