Hey brothers! I am looking for some advice. This is not my first reset. I was attempting a 90-day reset two years ago and made it to 45 days. I met a girl and had sex on day 45. The 45-day reset had seriously worked wonders for me and my sex life. I could finally enjoy having sex without thinking of porn and was turned on by healthy sexual activity.

After this point, I ended up relapsing on and off for two years. I went on a couple of binges and more or less masturbated every day with the exception of week-long spurts. All in all, I relapsed on Porn about 20-30 times in 500 days. This has lead me to feel unsatisfied once again.

Having just broken up with my girlfriend I am pursuing another reset. My original plan was to do The Lord of the Rings Challenge but I am wondering if I should do the first portion of it in hard mode. I was thinking of doing a 90-day reset hard mode and then pursuing sexual partners and continuing The Lord of the Rings Challenge no PM. So far I am 11 days in, hard mode.

I am reading about longer-term hard resets and I wonder if that would be more beneficial. If 45 days was good what does 150 look like? However, I think sometimes we can miss the point of Nofap which is to create a healthy sex life. So I'm wondering what you guys think? When should I give myself the green light and get back to pursuing sexual partners? I want to do a reset that will really erase this addiction once and for all
