    I have installed K9 and it works fine for me. I have no experience of the other software or apps.

    The main thing to bear in mind is that none of the above are infallible and abstaining from PMO ultimately depends on your own willpower.

    I think the blockers help for the first month at least, where the urges are strong enough to beat your willpower.

    K9, for me at least, seems to be messing with my internet though. Youtube is loading slower, download speeds are down. Is it related?
