killing some time, does not socialize and to avoid from being bored was the main reason why I addict to porn. Although there’s plenty activities that I could have done, but still I choose to sit myself alone in a room and pmo, but then regret on everything. I need to change this habit... what should i do?

Anything and everything that will get your mind off of it. If you are truly trying to change your life. Your habits. You have to take the steps towards it. Replace the things you watch with other things you may be interested in. Abstaining from PMO is the perfect time to do the things that you need to get done but have been procrastinating witH. One thing at a time. One step at a time. One day at a time. Don’t get too worked up about it. You’ve made the first step in making the decision to try and that in itself is already awesome. Best of luck! Feel free to reach out if you need some support

PMO, porn, sex, junk food even music are assosiated with addiction, to get rid of obsession, you have to make a conclusion...to never engage watch porn again, yeah it might be tough while initiating, do you have any hobbies like writing, reading? if so buy some books of Dale Carnegie, Brian Tracy and so on...i had extreme addiction of PMO, i used to go to gym, study more and more as possible... now ive recently completed 65 days of NO PMO...now rebooted once again!

Porn gives you nothing and takes everything away from you those few mins you watch it puts more shame and guilt and is poison for your soul you have to find a deeper reason as to why you need to quit not for anyone but yourself and take a step at a time and if you relapse learn from it and move on and replace it with healthy habits like for me I would rather cook something then watching porn or going out and playing basketball or mountain biking or trying to take the next step in my career all these things add value to your life porn doesn’t and it sucks and takes a long time to develop yourself but the benefits are so much more rewarding than wasting your life force on a demonic entity

I agree with all above. Porn does nothing for you, and is organised today to consume your life via the internet. I have been porn addicted on and off for 22 years on the internet partly to do with spending so much time on computers for my job. it is disempowering and very harmful to your subjectivity and self-esteem. Im so glad i found nofap to share and feel supported for an addiction that send you crazy, and for th einformation and support onthis site. I want to do the boot camp.
