Porn free 2019 [Day 1]

    Hey bro, thanks for the tips. I have been taking ice cold showers every morning for around 10 months now, just for health and discipline benefits. If you mean taking cold showers when you have urges, that could work but its a bit inconvenient for me.

    I already work out, I love the gym. It is also a good way to get out when you have urges. Thing is, after a heavy leg session for example I get so horny (gotta be the testosterone it produces) so almost makes it harder. This only lasts for the day though and I am usually conscious of it.

    I also tried a blocker. This was counter productive to me, as I spent time searching for sites that I could get on that the blocker didn't block.

    The most successful thing so far has been to just cut out the amount of time I spend on the PC. I got 40 days before and I know it gets easier then, and I wanted real sex rather than porn. I just gotta get to that stage again and we good. Keep going bro!

    I almost failed just now, peeked for way too long. luckily snapped out of it and went on a nofap motivation video and put some music on. This is no joke. I really need to restrict my PC time to nothing, or else fail. Keep going y'all
     
  6. Change your background to something that very much remembers you and warns you about PMO, and if you can ,find something to do that catches most of your attention.

    Still going strong, back at university now so busier than before. Still gotta be wary when I'm home though. Almost 2 weeks no PMO

    Keep edging by looking at porn briefly, am a bit more able to control urges now just need to be able to stop searching for that kick and I'm in the clear, gonna challenge myself to completely look at no porn for 10 days see if I can make it.

    I relapsed, and pretty pissed about it. I haven't been able to sleep recently at all despite working out hard and being active throughout the entire day. Hopefully this is just a phase because I can't keep this up otherwise. I'm ready for the next streak but I need my sleep.
