This is true. The porn industry is just one of the many effects of the nature of an exploitive economic system and society

 

I understand what you are saying. But child porn is illegal, thereby criminalising anyone consuming that content. But there are people with that attraction that avoid such content like the plague. I am just saying that we need to recognise that distinction and their efforts.

 

There is very little difference between getting a huge dopamine rush from porn versus getting a daily dopamine rush from watching 24-hour cable news as it feeds the viewer the exact information they already believe. 24-hour news is basically fear porn.

Because as far as I’ve witnessed and read and understand in my short 3 decades of life, there have been absolutely NO POSITIVE things that have been produced by the porn industry. Only lies, hurt, greed, lust, pain, and an emotional/spiritual destructive enslavement of multiple generations of young men (and now women as well).
