Porn, OCD, and BDD

Hello, I have struggled with an addiction to porn since I was 13. I also have Tourette's syndrome and OCD, and was wondering if anyone with OCD has found that porn makes things worse. My sexuality is tied up with what might be called "body dysmorphic disorder," which gives me a compulsion to constantly check and compare my body with other guys, especially penis size. It makes me feel like a pervert, since there is sometimes arousal involved. I guess I'm gay, though I'm not interested in having sex with men. But the amount of shame and confusion I feel prevents me from getting into a relationship with a girl. I recently went to rehab for alcohol over the summer and wasn't able to watch porn for six weeks, but fell right back into it again quickly. I'm not quite sure what I'm even posting for. I guess I'm just trying to see if anyone can relate. I find porn much more difficult to stop when it's not even something I am doing for pleasure as much as to calm some OCD urge. Thanks.
