Pre-cum during meditation

Fapstronaut
Hello! I'm new here and and to the whole nofap journey (16 days). I would like to ask a question since I don't have much friends who are 'Fapstronauts'
When there's a lot of tension and the urge is strong I try to meditate, not to ignore my feelings, but to accept it for what it is 'just an erection'.
I've noticed that during long sessions (hr or 2) I pre- ejactulate a few times, this is very strange since I'm not touching myself, is this normal or ok, does anyone know why it happens, is there anything I should do differently?
I must say I'm used to precum while I was watching porn for hours but I've never had ejaculation without any stimulation before.

ejaculation without touch your rooster can happen when u watch porn, I have the same, if u touch your rooster I will ejaculate faster.

Dont watch porn for hours, this is overstimulating your brain, it will cause pied, when you want to have sex with real women.
I haven't watched porn since I started nofap, and it's not an orgasm for sure. It just something I would notice when it happens.

Do you mean you leak pre ejaculate? premature ejaculation is when you have a full orgasm but just very soon after the start of stimulation.

When you meditate dont follow the sexual thought instead divert it to other thoughts, or no thoughts at all, clear your mind. When you meditate your subconcious memory submerge to conscious so when you become conscious of that thought dont follow it, the purpose of meditating is to become aware of your thoughts and to control them so when the sexual thought arise severe it with other thoughts so it will be recorded to your subconscious that this thoughts are not allowed to manifest in your mind. Sexual thought is very powerful when it is small its easy to stop like a fire when its just a spark but when it spread and become a wild fire its impossible to severe. So the technique is timing when the thought arises be aware of the thought and follow not, as the poem says, "thought arises follow not, thought arises be aware, once aware it is naught."
