    Alright, pretty much, I thought NoFap was just all bullshit and bro-science, while I think some points have gone above and beyond rationale, there is something to it.

    I haven't went without a daily dick beating more then a week or so if that for years and by chance I just happened to get sick to the point that even touching myself didn't seem worthwhile, which instilled a routine. I first made it to 21 days, relapsed, got right back to NoFap.

    Today I relapsed, but, I plan on getting right back on with the routine.

    There are definite differences, I suffer from premature ejaculation, and while out of the four times fapping, which may seem like a lot, I had to just see if there was a difference, there was. I still have PE, but, at times it isn't that bad as before, but even if absolutely instantly ejaculating, there is now no issue with going another round. Improved erection quality, bounce back time is vastly improved and so on and so forth, all good things. I'd often have pretty severe P.E even on a second go, today, definite improved lasting time on the 2nd go. So, even in a worst case lasting scenario, there are improvements that lead for a great rebound to makeup upon.

    WIN WIN....

    I plan to continue with this routine made it to three weeks last time, four weeks this time just about, perhaps maybe a month and beyond on the next go. All progress is not lost.

    My thoughts, if you're deprived of water, you will seek a well, if you are starved of food, you will be forced to hunt, and if you're not beating your dick like a loser, you'll be left no choice but to go into the real world and interact with women.

    Relapsed on day 12, which is a disappointment.

    Lessons to be learned,hopefully I take that with the next go in stride. Just a lot of unneeded mental masturbation/stimulation. Basically just half-assed this to the tenth degree.

    Getting back on it tomorrow, aiming for 30+ days.

    At least in the grand scheme of things over the last month or so, I've went more days without then with, which is a definite improvement.
