Premature ejaculation

Since I am not that far into my reboot, it's difficult to say. However, I personally have worried that a prolonged time period of not being sexually stimulated, the increased sensitivity may very well lead to premature ejaculation. I HAVE noticed that the longer I have gone without any stimulation, the easier it is for my wife to stimulate me to orgasm.

 

Most of us on here have fapped more than we have had sex, so we're in control of our climax. Whereas having sex feels different to your hand and you're exerting your body more when having sex. If you think you have P.E, try condoms that delay climax.

 

Interesting perspective Iaj. I will be curious to hear from others who have abstained entirely from ejaculation for their reboots if they experience a much quicker ejaculation.

For the record, I think that the duration of "ideal" intercourse has been grossly exaggerated by porn as well. So what some may consider premature ejaculation, is probably more like what mother nature intended in the first place.

 

i am, but i'm also building great sexual confidence. on the long run nofap helps you to have lasting longer sex, i'm the living proof.

i was asking the other day how do i know that i have gotten better as far as Premature ejaculation goes while i am on the challenge(hard Mode).

 

I suppose we just have to patient and trust the process.

Agreed. Because we are definitely cautioned against "practicing" to "see if it works"

There are several ways to deal with it... delay sprays/gels... edging and the squeeze technique
