Problems I have been facing for being addicted to PMO

I was introduced to masturbation when I was 16 by my friends.Since then I have been watching porn and doing masturbation in a regular basis.I used to masturbate 3-4 times a week.Now I'm 23.So its been more than 6 years that I have been doing PMO!

Recently I got into a relationship and we are doing great.But I don't feel the same pleasure of masturbation when I'm having sex.Besides my erection is not that strong anymore!!

I was having ED.I got really scared!Did some research and got to know that its all because I have done excessive masturbation and watched porn in regular basis.

I gave up POM for 1 month and my sensation and attraction for real sex came back.Me and my gf had great sex on that weekend.As we get the chance to have sex only once in 3 months.

Later I became addicted to porn again.If I am bored of something I watch porn,If i am sad I watch porn......this list goes on and on...

Now I realize the physical weakness,lack of confidence to communicate with others,insecurity in relationship is the result of watching excessive porn and doing masturbation more than necessary.

Now I have decided to put an end to this.It has been more than a week I have not been watching porn nither masturbating.Though I had sex 3 days ago.

Last 4-5 days felt like hell but from today I am eating better,sleeping better and feeling more strong then ever.

I am doing some exercises at home.Doing stuffs going out.
I have taken a challenge not to PMO for a month.
wish me luck..I know i will make it happen.
