    I've seen a lot of this prostate cancer talk on the internet lately. It is said by some experts, masturbation reduces prostate, and you should do it. I want to know the truth. I am worried and confused but at the same time, I really want to quit PMO, forever. Can someone tell me - if I don't do MO, are my chances of getting this cancer higher?

    Don't worry about prostate cancer. Your body will release automatically (wet dream, semen leakage, through urination) when/if it needs to.

    No man has ever died due to semen retention as far as I know.
