No, I don't feel noticeably warmer, though it does give me more energy, which (psudoscience warning) may cause your metabolism to increase, or be caused by an increase in your metabolism, which in turn makes your body warmer.

 

Hahaha...dude. True I also get warm down there. And believe me that's not all. At one time it felt like fire spread from there to my whole body. The only thing I could do was just keeping my hand away from my junk. It lasted a whole day.
