I had always told myself that I wouldn't watch porn forever and someday I'll stop. Thankfully, I not too old yet (I'm 24). It recently hit me that if I did not stop watching porn now why should I think that I magically would give it up later. And not to mention the terrifying thought of the inevitable PIED. After a few self PIED tests I could see that I am closer to ED than I thought. I am currently on day 18 of my 90 day reboot. After about 2 weeks I noticed an almost constant sexual tickle in my loins. Normally this is when I would MO to relieve myself. The urges to actually go through with M are not too strong, but the "tickle" is really bothersome. Has anyone else felt this? Will it eventually go away, or will I keep feeling this constant "tickle". AND, I am also very curious about life post-reboot. While I do have moral objections to porn, I have no moral objections to the act of "porn-free" masturbation. I believe that masturbation is normal and healthy. I do not have a girlfriend and I don't necessarily expect to have sex within the next three months. So is it normal that post-rebooted guys maintain a sparing and healthy non-porn related masturbation schedule?? I mean guys have been masturbating porn-free for centuries without widespread ED problems. But at the same time I realize that we are first generations to have our sexuality tainted by porn. It will be hard, but I am willing to give up (or at least try) post-reboot masturbation in order to not have PIED get in the way of a future relationship with a woman. A real-life sexual relationship is something that I have not had yet and would be willing to give up masturbation for (sighhhh...)
Apparently you don't know why masturbation is bad read this article http://www.majorleaguedating.com/reasons-stop-masturbating-jacking-off-jerking-off-and-fapping/ All of them are true and i have experienced most of them and every other person who does it have experienced some of them.So no masturbation ever!
Thanks for the link, but I believe that the vast majority of those statements are his opinions. All the science-backed reasons involved the negative effects of masturbating to porn (which I do agree with), not about porn-free masturbation. He is trying to sell his books and it also seemed to be more of a self-help dating/womanizing site. In the small print on the bottom of the site it says, "Everything on this website is for entertainment purposes only and not to be mistaken for help from a licensed and certified professional." My questions above still apply.
I don't know who he is i just saw the link somewhere. But as i told you most of them are true and i have read them else where and i assure you most of them are true and anyone that is addicted have experienced them you can take a look at this one too but it's pretty much the same.all 8 of them are true http://www.naij.com/51385.html
Thanks for the advice. That really put things in a new perspective. The most important thing right now is that I keep this reboot going strong. I guess I really have no idea when, or even if I will have a fully PMO-life someday. Just one day at a time.
