I haven’t been on here for a long time now as I seem to have Pmo under control, pretty much out of my life apart from the odd urge here and there that I can now control.

So now onto my second addiction- cigarettes and vapes. I’ve been off the smokes and vapes for 4 days now, been a smoker for lots of years and tried a few times to kick he habit but now I’m determined more than ever. I no longer want to be a smoker. I’ve got a half-marathon coming up in September so want to be in the best possible shape for that!

The thing is since I stopped the smokes and vapes the urge to M is driving me absolutely CRAZY!!! I’m sure stopping smoking has something to do with it, maybe my brain looking for another dopamine hit?

Quitting multiple negative habits at once is extremely mentally challenging. I know because I battle with multiple myself. But that doesn't mean it's not doable, it very much so is. You will have to dig deep into your triggers/urges/feelings and see how and why you will overcome these things.

In all honesty, when I am doing well and away from my negative habits for weeks and months, my peace of mind and vibration is extremely high, positive, and powerful.
