    For those suffering from years of frequent wet dream and agony it brings forth to physical and mental health , try sleeping lesser hours in the night ,4 hrs, preferably from 10 to 2or3 , and see if it works out . To compensate , take small naps during the day . Try taking a taking a dump in the evenings or at night. Keep an alarm ,and wake yourselves up.

    Frequent wet dreams / ejaculations are highly detrimental to the nervous system and to brain as years go by.

    Radical action is need for this problem for severe cases.
