RANDOM KISSING URGES

    Has anyone had my problem, what did you do? Any advice would be appreciated.

    Here's my problem:

    I'm doing okay but, I have urges to kiss females I don't feel attracted to or at the very least it would be catastrophic to attempt to kiss them, so I don't want to attempt to build a relationship with them. Like today I had an urge to kiss a colleague. It's a bit of a problem, i keep wanting to kiss my colleagues as i'm not getting a release through PMO. But i am a bit worried. I don't even fancy my co-workers. My mind is adjusting to NoFap in a weird way. I'm not sure what to do if this way of thinking continues. I might have to PMO, I hope I don't have to though.

    Stay strong bro, maybe try to workout more often? Or keep your mind preoccupied with something constantly and set goals for yourself.

    I have kissing urges to, I have never kissed a women, that could be why.

    I have the urge to have my classmate( girl) lay in my arms and kiss her while moving my hand through her hair.I am not attracted to her yet this urge comes strongly everytime i go to bed.Maybe its the brain trying to rewire me to crave real human Intimacy over fapping to imagination and porn

    I think it's normal. I get the urge to inappropriately kiss all the time. It's just an impulse. Observe it, don't judge it, and let it pass. If you're having trouble with this, you may want to try some mindfulness meditation.
