Really Horny at high Altitude? Mountain horniness?

Hey guys, so I've moved to the mountainous area from living close to sea level and I suddenly feel super horny all the time. It's been a week here and I've had 3 nocturnal emissions in a week.
I get hard just by texting my Girlfriend normally or when she sends a normal picture of her.
This is very interesting given my track record of no PMO so I know these are not natural urges.
