Hello, I am have been trying this whole NoFap thing for a couple months now. The thing is I can't get myself to stop MO. Porn is not really a problem, though, I need to stop now before I use it even more. Here's some info about me:
    •Male
    •15
•Been MO for about 4 years.
    •Porn for about 3 years.

I have removed the App Store bc I buy apps which make me more likely to MO. I also don't allow myself to use the "Private" search on my iPhone (parents check my history). Though, even after I really want to quit, when I think I have hit rock bottom. I still always end up PMO. It's affecting me even at 15. I get nervous when in front of people (even in a small group), even though beforePMO i was never afraid to be the center of attention. I blush whenever I talk to girls, even thoguh before PMO It was so easy. No matter how much I tell myself I need to quit to become happier and have a better social life like a lot of others here on NoFap. I always fail. I need a way to stop. Yes I have heard the Emergency link. But I need to stop, and I am looking for help. Thank you.

The reason for the nerves and the spontaneous blushing is that your brain has been programmed to see the opposite sex in terms of body parts or just sex in general. Instead of just seeing a girl as a person you 'see' (or think of) boobs, butt and pussy. That is what a rewiring and a reboot of your brain will accomplish - return your perception of people as just that - people, and not sex objects. I love the silhouette by the way. ;)

Hey man welcome to the club of a whole lot of hurting people. You're in good company! I'm not gonna lie this isn't gonna be easy, but there are a few things you can do-- one way is to make the "relapse" page on this forum your home page. When the temptation comes to give up, few things seem to help more than to encourage others when they have fallen.
