Reboot relapse

    I just started on here. And after 3 weeks of abstaining from porn I relapsed tonight. It's been hard since I've been getting urges to look at sites that I shouldn't be on. I still am confident I can do this, but would hate to relapse again. Have I undone all the rebooting of the past 3 weeks with my relapse?

    Any comments would help.

    Three weeks is a good streak of success.

    I know what it is like to feel as though you've lost time after a relapse.

    We must set our counters back to "0" when that happens.

    This is disappointing and disheartening.

    However, we don't lose everything we gained during our periods of abstinence.

    You will see guys saying that all through this site.

    Many of the "superpowers" you've acquired will remain.

    You'll have them for your next try.

    As I like to say, the rule is not that we succeed, but that we continue struggling.

    Dont lose enthuasium( did i spell that right) You didnt lose the 3 weeks. Dont make the same mistakes and keep on going
