Rebooting after 6 years of PMO

    So I did some kegel earlier this morning and later this evening.

    Without any trigger or urge. After some research about the penis and all I decided to MO(slowly paced) without porn... And also without thinking about any porn scene. I just thought about people I know and I am sexullay attracted too.

    I had a good erection, was loosing it at some point I guess in lost concentration but I lasted up to 16mins(Timed myself)

    I am doing a hard mode reboot(still not watched porn in 9days and counting) but just wanted to try out an experiment on myself and turning on all those stuffs.

    I have a few questions...

    Thinking about someone or people is it objectification of the person? I have resumed my hard mode though.

    16mins is it Ok?

    Going the porn free mode and matstrubating weekly I read it takes a longer reboot what do you think?


    Also I feel better.... I feel like I am making progress.... From reading this does it look so?

    Fapping for 16 minutes? Well I don't judge but I don't consider you're doing NoFap seriously if you do this.

  4. I don't think so, since being attracted to someone is obviously okay. I think it becomes a problem when you constantly do this and start looking at that person solely with sexual intent. NoFap helps with objectification since you won't be doing PMO at all, so, in theory, you won't be thinking about that person sexually too much.

    Do you mean in terms of relapses or lasting in bed? In terms of relapses, I think it's definitely one and you should restart the counter, but you should also know that the counter is not an absolute measure of your progress. You don't lose all your progress when you relapse, though you do lose your streak. The streak is just an extra bit of motivation to keep the ball rolling, in my opinion. When it comes to lasting in bed, I think it's less important since you have other tools (hands, mouth, toys), but 16 mins at once is plenty, I think. You can always wait and then go at it again.
