Rebooting pain and discharge issues?

Hi All,

I am on the 40th day of my NoFap. From the last 5 days, I noticed a few changes just want some suggestions are these normal?
Though I am facing lot of good changes in my body few of them making me worry.
I getting a light pain on my testicles. It doesn't happen all through the day, but in between during the day.
I am getting some kind of discharge from my penis sometimes I can see it in my underwear which has a foul smell.
During the last 40 days, I got cum 3 times while I was sleeping. Maybe because I was masturbating for a long time almost 10-12 years.
From the last 5 days, I am also getting ankle pain on my right leg. This all things don't used to happen while I used to masturbate.
I don't want to relapse. I am worried on all of these, anyone has also faced these changes?
