Rebooting, ZMA & sexual dreams

    I am currently on day 14 and have abstained from PMO successfully. However yesterday night I took ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium) for better sleep & as workout aid. I usually wake up with a hard on but yesterday night it was different. I mean there was hard on for sure but I had a very sexual dream and I almost was heading towards nocturnal emission when I woke. I felt so relieved that I didn’t come.

    Now my question is, should I stop taking ZMA for a while? I usually take it once a week.
