    I watched porn too much, too long and too many times before. Now I know what I should do. Although I may not succeed at this time, I will try my best to reduce the time and frequency of watching pornography. Come on!

    You've got this man. Commit to improving yourself. The man you are today is not the man who can quit pornography. That's a fact or else you wouldn't be here. That doesn't mean that you can't become the man who can quit porn. Put in a little bit of work every single day on being better and by day 5 you'll be the man who can make it to day 10, and by day 10 you'll be the man who can make it to day 30. Keep pushing and you'll be free of this thing.
