Refractory period

I began masturbating way before I began having sex and I've noticed that a lot of guys are able to orgasm more than once during intercourse and I've only been able to orgasm once. Is this something that will get better or change during my reboot? Has anyone ever gained a shorter refractory period and if so I'd really like to know how. This is something I've been very self conscious about and don't want to disappoint my partner whoever they may be down the road.
