Hi all, Like the title says I made it 14 days. Around day 8 i felt like I began a flatline--morning wood went away and desire was down. But I seemed to bring it back by Edging on days 12 and 13, and that culminated in ending the streak on day 14. Feeling pretty terrible about myself and questioning why I'm doing this whole thing I got into NoFap for what i've self diagnosed as PIED...i don't like the materials I use to tap and I want to stop even though my usage is around twice a week. 14 days was my longest streak in years. *potential trigger warning* Regarding the PIED, i just want to try sex again. I've been so afraid to and i have a girl who is ready whenever. Any advice on positions I could use to help? Her on top might make it easier? I don't know... I'm a relative novice in this aspect, I had sex consistently with a girl last year but it's been nearly 12 months of my PIED symptoms--enough to cause me to worry.
Hopefully the recent edging and then relapse don't ruin any progress...but then again I'm sure I need to go at least 30-60 days of no stimulation or edging to truly get to a good spot. For me, masturbation is an enemy only because I feel as if it's contributing to my PIED. If I could successfully penetrate again then I wouldn't be here attempting NoFap. Sigh.
Yeah, I think thats probably true. May I ask when you started to notice any improvements in erection/sex life? If at all, you may have different reasons for beginning your journey. Congrats on your progress
I have no sex life atm, so can't comment but I have heard many here who have seen progress after 90 days of hardmode reboot.
14 days is a milestone...if you can pass the first week,you can bro,identify what made you to relapse and avoid it,good luck
You need to develop a habit which is good enough to replace the bad PMO habit of yours like say music or dancing!!
