So, I was reading the article for NoFap on the WikiPedia App, and this Facial thing came to my feeds and I just gone there and seen some photos although i didn't wanted and then searched for Anal and saw some photos for less than 15 seconds, but I didn't masturbated or watched any porn or hentai or any other pictures like that, after that. So, I'm in my NoFap, Day 2, so I wanna ask that, is this was a relapse do, I have to start again?.
My personal opinion is that each individual has to define a relapse. For me, my definition includes actively seeking out any form of porn whether I masterbate or not. So by my definition you did relapse.
