Relapsed cause i´m sick

    I am sick for 1,5 weeks now and I couldn´t stand it so i relapsed. I am locked up in my house so I didn´t know what to do else ... I had 13 days done. But now I will go for more than 2 weeks when I feel well ...

    OK yeah thanks. So it´s pretty hard not watching porn when you are sick and you have to be at home. But when I´m well I will try it again

    Just try again when you get well. Going from 25 days of fapping to 3-4 times a month is still a huge progress.

    That's something we all need to remember. When practicing NoFap, even if you do relapse, remember that you abstained for a lengthy amount of time. Be proud of that!
