I was doing my best to bring a change in me to which I successfully completed 16days out of 30 days in hardmode but relapsed on the 17th day with multiple orgasm & masturbation. It has left a deep impact on me. Whenever I try to takeup NoFap challenge again, my mind says,"You will end up the same way as the last time." It feels so painful. The most important thing is that It's so hard to resist urges to which I end up masturbating. Is there a way I can get out of this? Help me Please, I need a lot of support and guidance.
Thanks for every help right before.

till you convince yourself its impossible..it would be impossible!you've to believe in yourself and avoid any triggers at all cost as they'll eventually break you for example even thinking about your crush(guessing you probably would've one at your age) might make you go down the path where your fantasies become wild like you start thinking about that person all the time and soon illicit thoughts takeover your mind and you'll eventually masturbate to porn with a pornstar similar body or looks to her..then will begin the self hate and guilt session again and it'll also denting your confidence and you'll fail to get enough to build much courage to get to know that person in real and perhaps might miss many other beautiful things because of low confidence and subconscious guilt... Here you go! reason for this 1 detailed example is let you know why it is important stay away thoughts from anything that'll trigger you at all cost!Just become allergic to any thought anything that increases your negativity or put you down...Just focus on yourself!you're young..so much room for achievements and improvements..so dont worry its not too late and you'll get there!Just set some goals and start focusing on how to achieve those and on how you would be a better person than yesterday and as i advised many times before to others also in this forum never focus on how many days you've passed without pmo if you would do that instead of staying clean and staying busy your addictive brain will eventually convince yourself that its too long so its probably fine do it and loop you in this hellish circle for lie forever!
Hope my words of advice and encouragement helps you!Best of luck for your future struggle!

Bro! Thanks very much for your kind words. Now, I'm understanding my problems. Will try to achieve my goals rather than counting days.
