Hey mate, I had a 100+ day streak aswell last year and havent passed 4 weeks either! I'm on a thing called 0% arousal, I always remind myself I will not try to arouse myself in any way shape or form. I can relate to how you feel because I feel like I want to ruin my life too. I posted something a few moments ago and already felt better, I started going for a walk in the morning, come home and meditate, no Tea/ caffeiene, do Yoga and limit laptop usage, just need to add a few things into your lifestyle gradually

I'd recommend that both of you get more involved in NoFap. By that, I mean to go all-in, make yourself an avatar, visit often, participate in the discussions, become a known character, and (if you can spare $10 per month) become a NoFap supporter to help NoFap and to give yourself some all-important "skin in the game." All of these things reinforce your commitment to the brotherhood, and its senses of belonging and mutual support. These things are very valuable tools. I've tried to limit masturbation and/or orgasm off and on for most of my life, but without this much success until I joined NoFap and got active. I credit NoFap with keeping me on track. You've both been on 100-plus-day streaks before, so you know the drill. All you need is the commitment and support to keep from slipping up.
