    hello guys. i was doing no PMO for 2 weeks .last night i relapsed. i dont know why i did that but i did. the urges were very strong. Just a mere thought of a pornstar. and i failed.I cried because i dont want to do that shit anymore. But i think there is nothing i can do.Plz if u guys have any tips for successful rebooting.Plz Share.

    It's ok man . Try again. Just talk to yourself in the mirorr if you are about to relapse ..just say to yourself that you are a man and you can do this.
